香港迪士尼樂園度假區（香港迪士尼）紮根本港將近20年，多年來除了為賓客帶來無限歡樂和回憶，更致力服務社區，讓更多人感受奇妙魔法。2024-2025年度香港迪士尼樂園度假區親善大使 珮芷善（Gisele）及 謝承恩（Beyan）正是體現這份使命 —— 她們代表度假區，聯同「迪士尼義工隊」（Disney VoluntEARS），將迪士尼快樂帶到病童、基層家庭、殘疾人士及少數族裔等不同社區當中。適逢樂園慶祝20週年，兩位大使聯同一眾「演藝人員」邀請賓客參與在2025年6月28日開展的全球矚目慶典，同時分享新一屆2026-2027年度親善大使計劃現已接受報名，從中尋找下一位能延續使命的「演藝人員」！

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (HKDL) has been delighting guests and the community for almost 20 years. The 2024-2025 Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Ambassadors, Gisele Abejero and Beyan Tse, embody the spirit of service and magic, working with Disney VoluntEARS to bring joy to patients, underserved families, people with disabilities, and minority groups.  As HKDL celebrates its 20th Anniversary with a global spotlight celebration starting June 28, 2025, the Ambassadors also shared the news about the launch of the selection campaign for the 2026–2027 Disney Ambassadors, inviting Cast Members to carry the torch of joy and service.

Stepping Out of Comfort Zones: Unlocking New Skills

迪士尼親善大使計劃始於 加州迪士尼樂園（Disneyland）開幕十週年慶典。當時，觀光款待專員Julie Reihm在數千名候選人中脫穎而出，成為第一位迪士尼樂園親善大使，化身成樂園的官方款待專員，負責親善工作。該計劃原本只舉辦一次，但由於空前成功，故此其他迪士尼樂園及度假區相繼開展有關計劃，成為迪士尼傳統的重要一環。

The Disney Ambassador Program at Disneyland was first conceived to mark the original Park's first decade of successful operation. Tour guide Julie Reihm was selected from thousands of candidates to be the first Disneyland Ambassador and act as the Park's official hostess and emissary of goodwill to the world. Although originally conceived as a one-off, the inaugural program proved to be such a success that it has continued in all Disney Parks around the world and is now considered one of our strongest traditions.

香港迪士尼自2005年開幕起，都會從所有全職「演藝人員」中選出代表香港迪士尼及「演藝人員」的親善大使。每一屆親善大使都需要積極聯繫「演藝人員」，投入社區活動，與不同社群分享迪士尼的故事及樂園體驗，以及負責接待到訪樂園度假區的貴賓。來自財務管理、企業聯盟及採購部的 謝承恩（Beyan），和來自娛樂事務部的 珮芷善（Gisele）成為香港迪士尼第十任親善大使。

Since its opening in 2005, HKDL has been selecting its Disney Ambassadors from among its full-time cast members.  Acting as representatives of the resort and fellow Cast Members to the public, the Disney Ambassadors share the resort experience with the community and act as the official hosts for VIP guests.  Beyan from Financial Management, Alliances and Sourcing, and Gisele from Entertainment have been selected as the 10th generation of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Ambassadors.

來自菲律賓的 Gisele 及土生土長的 Beyan 背景迥異，卻同樣勇於突破自我，為夢想踏出一步。本身來自娛樂事務部的 Gisele 加入樂園17年，曾參與《米奇金獎音樂劇》、《迪士尼魔法書房》、《獅子王慶典》等表演，擁有豐富的舞台經驗，是香港迪士尼首位菲律賓籍的親善大使：「以前我是一位舞者，很少機會演講或與賓客交流。但作為親善大使，我們經常需要與不同人士溝通，或擔任大型活動司儀。我邊學邊做，解鎖了很多新技能，發掘了不一樣的自己。」

Gisele, originally from the Philippines, and Beyan, a Hong Kong native, have walked distinct paths—yet they both stepped out of their comfort zones to chase their dreams.  Gisele, who has been working at HKDL for 17 years, is the first Disney Ambassador of Filipino descent at HKDL.  She began her career at the Entertainment team and showcasing her extensive stage experience in different shows including “The Golden Mickeys”, “Mickey and the Wondrous Book” and “Festival of the Lion King.”  She shared, “As a dancer, I rarely speak or interact directly with guests on stage.  As Disney Ambassador, I have to frequently engage with different people and even host events.  I keep learning and growing.  I unlock new skills along the way and discovering a different side of myself.”

從小便是迪士尼粉絲的 Beyan，本身在採購部負責後勤工作，為了達成兒時心願，決心由後勤部門走到「幕前」參選親善大使：「這是我人生中做過最勇敢的決定！過去一年多，我們走訪餐飲部、管家組、樹藝組等不同營運團隊，化身不同崗位的『演藝人員』，參與日常工作。這些經歷讓我變得更有自信，更為每位既專業又充滿熱誠的『演藝人員』感到十分自豪。」

Beyan has been a lifelong Disney fan. Previously working behind the scenes in Sourcing, she made the bold decision to step into the spotlight. She recalled, “becoming a Disney Ambassador is the bravest decision I have ever made in my life. Over the past year, I have visited various operational teams, including food & beverage, housekeeping and horticulture, taking on different roles and participating in daily tasks. These experiences have boosted my confidence, and very proud of every professional and passionate Cast Member.”

兩位親善大使亦利用社交平台發佈互動短片如「大使遊『迪』」及「大使突擊我問你答」，以趣味方式分享園區冷知識及日常趣事，拉近與賓客之間的距離。

They also launched interactive video series like “Ambassador’s Vlog” and “Trivia Game On”, bringing behind-the-scenes fun facts to life on social media.

深入社區 傳遞迪士尼奇妙力量
Spreading Magic in the Community

作為親善大使，Gisele 及 Beyan 積極參與社區項目，包括投入香港迪士尼去年與 協康會 合作推行的全港首個大型實景社會適應訓練先導計劃，與香港迪士尼義工隊一起為SEN兒童在樂園內安排獨有的訓練體驗 活動，例如在樂園餐廳點餐、排隊購物等，令他們有更多實踐機會投入社區。

The Ambassadors championed community initiatives like the city’s first theme park-based real-life training program for children with special educational needs (SEN), organized in partnership with Heep Hong Society.   Gisele and Beyan, along with Disney VoluntEARS, engaging in activities such as ordering food at park restaurants and queuing for shopping. This program provides unique training experience for children with SEN, giving them more opportunities to practice and integrate into the community.

Gisele育有三名子女，其中一人為SEN學生，參與此計劃別具意義：「作為一位SEN母親，我明白到帶小朋友外出的困難。成為親善大使後，我更希望透過參與這類活動，提高大眾對 SEN兒童的認知和關注，讓他們都能感受更多的愛。」 Gisele 坦言，即使卸任後，仍會繼續參與相關活動。她深信，親善大使不只是兩年任期，而是持續關心樂園和社區。

As the mother of three children including a daughter with SEN, Gisele shared her experience: “As a mother of an SEN child, I deeply understand the challenges of taking children out.  As Disney Ambassador, I aim to raise awareness and support for SEN children through my participation in events, helping them feel more love and care.”  Gisele affirmed her commitment to continue participating in related activities even after her term ends.  She believes that being a Disney Ambassador is not just a two-year role but a lifelong commitment to supporting both the resort and the community.

此外，她們亦曾聯同米奇及米妮探訪兒童醫院、參與聖誕捐贈活動，並為「願望成真基金®」病童安排難忘的遊園體驗。 自2008年起，香港迪士尼共為願望童達成340個願望。

The duo also visited pediatric patients with Mickey and Minnie, supported Christmas Toy Drives, and granted wishes for Make-A-Wish® children — part of the 340 dreams fulfilled since 2008. 

Beyan 憶起多個願望童故事：「其中一位小女孩穿上公主服，與她最喜愛的 愛莎 互動時，彷彿整個世界都靜止了，那份純真笑容真的很動人。」另一個案是一位身體非常虛弱、坐輪椅的重症男童，當他見到心愛的 米奇老鼠 時，仍然用盡全力抬起手與 米奇 擊掌，連他的父母都非常驚喜。Beyan 續指：「看到他們沉醉在那一刻的幸福中，我更加體會親善大使的使命 —— 用迪士尼魔法為有需要人士創造希望！」

Beyan recalled several heartwarming stories from the wish kids: “One little girl, dressed as a princess, met her favorite Elsa, and it felt like the whole world stood still. Her pure smile was truly touching.”  Another memorable moment involved a boy with illness who was using a wheelchair. Despite his frail condition, when he saw the beloved Mickey Mouse, he mustered all his strength to life his hand and give him a high-five, leaving even his parents in awe.  “Seeing him completely immersed in the happiness of that moment made me realize the true mission of Disney Ambassadors — to create hope with Disney magic,” Beyan said.

An Extraordinary Journey – Could You Be the Next Disney Ambassador?

Gisele 和 Beyan 的故事展現了迪士尼魔法如何改變生命，也鼓舞他人相信夢想。她們曾參與全球迪士尼親善大使訓練，更遠赴美國參與迪士尼D23博覽會，拓展眼界，啟發夢想。 香港迪士尼今年迎來20週年慶典，繼續創造無數個奇妙時刻，Gisele 和 Beyan 與大家一同見證這個重要時刻。同時，她們的任期即將在今年底結束，現正尋找下一任親善大使。

Their journey shows how Disney magic transforms lives.  They joined global Ambassador training and even attended the D23 Expo in California—a truly magical experience.  This year, as HKDL celebrates its 20th anniversary, Gisele and Beyan have the honor of commemorating this significant milestone with everyone.  With their two-year term coming to an end this year, they are actively searching for the next ambassador(s). 

她們又分享選拔小貼士：「擁有熱情、積極的態度及勇於嘗新是成功的關鍵！」2026-2027年度親善大使計劃現已接受報名，所有操流利廣東話或英語、並在香港迪士尼 工作滿兩年的全職「演藝人員」及「幻想工程師」，均可參與，下月19日截止。

“Passion, positive attitudee, and a willingness to embrace new challenges are keys to success!” they shared.  The 2026-2027 HKDL Ambassador Program is now open for applications until May 19, 2025.  All eligible full-time Cast Members and Imagineers with at least two years of work experience at HKDL and fluency in Cantonese or English are invited to apply and embark on this one-of-a-kind journey!
