Hong Kong Disneyland Resort has officially launched the digital Magic Access Membership Card today! With just a few simple steps, you can add your membership card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet—making park entry effortless with a quick scan.  Plus, enjoy exclusive member benefits on parking, shopping, and dining! ✨

方法一：經智能電話上的瀏覽器啟動
Method 1: Activate via the browser on your smartphone

1. 透過智能電話登入「奇妙處處通」會員專頁，並點選「管理我的會員卡」。

2. 點選「加至Apple銀包」或「 新增至Google錢包」

3. 打開「Apple銀包」使用會員卡

1. Log in to your Magic Access Member Site using your smartphone and select “Manage My Membership Cards”.

2. Tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to Google Wallet”.

3. Open Apple Wallet to access your digital membership card.

A1. 全新功能適用於所有已持有「奇妙處處通」實體會員卡及支援有效「Apple銀包」或「Google錢包」的裝置之「奇妙處處通」會員。

Q2. 如我將「奇妙處處通」會員卡加入電子錢包，我的「奇妙處處通」實體會員卡會否失效？

A2. 不會，你仍可以使用「奇妙處處通」實體會員卡入場，或享用其他會員禮遇；同時，所有會員卡條款細則及相關會員禮遇維持不變。

Q3. 我可以將我家人的「奇妙處處通」會員卡加入本人的裝置內之電子錢包嗎？

A3. 可以。只須登入你的 MyDisney HK 帳戶，並登記連結所需的「奇妙處處通」會員卡以將其加入你的電子錢包。請注意，當進入樂園或享用會員禮遇時，「奇妙處處通」會員本人必須同時在場。

Q4. 如我遺失了「奇妙處處通」實體會員卡，我還需要付費補領嗎？

A4. 香港迪士尼樂園度假區建議你付費補領你的「奇妙處處通」實體會員卡，以更新卡內資料及保障你的個人資料以免外洩。你在電子錢包內的「奇妙處處通」會員卡亦會於有網絡連接的情況下自動作出資料更新。

Q5. 為什麼我於網上續會「奇妙處處通」會籍後，電子錢包內的會員卡顯示為失效並無法使用？

A5. 你需於會籍續會完成後，親身前往指定地點領取新的「奇妙處處通」實體會員卡，並於領卡後登入你的MyDisney HK帳戶並將續會後的「奇妙處處通」會員卡重新加入電子錢包，以手動更新相關會籍資料，以確保下次能順利使用電子錢包內的「奇妙處處通」會員卡進入樂園及享用會員禮遇。

Q1. Do all iOS and Android devices support the new function to add a Magic Access membership card to a digital wallet?

A1. This function is available to all Magic Access Members who own the physical Magic Access membership card and use a device that supports eligible Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Q2. Can I still use my physical Magic Access membership card after adding it to my digital wallet?

A2. Yes, you can still use your physical Magic Access membership card for park entry and member benefits.  All Magic Access terms and conditions and member benefits remain unchanged.

Q3. Can I add my family's Magic Access membership card(s) to the digital wallet on my device?

A3. Yes. Simply log in to your MyDisney HK account and register and link to your family's Magic Access membership card(s) to add it to your digital wallet.  Please note that the Magic Access Member must be present at the time of entering the park or enjoying membership benefits.

Q4. Do I still need to pay a handling fee to get a replacement for a lost physical Magic Access membership card?

A4. Yes, you will need pay a handling fee to get a replacement for a physical Magic Access membership card as we update the card information to protect your personal data from breaches.  The data of your Magic Access membership card in your digital wallet will be refreshed automatically with network connection.

Q5. Why is the Magic Access membership card in my digital wallet shown as invalid and disabled after I renew my Magic Access membership online?

A5. After a renewal of your membership is completed, you need to redeem your physical Magic Access membership card in person at designed locations.  After that, you need to log in to your MyDisney HK account, add the renewed Magic Access membership card to your digital wallet again and manually update your membership details.  You can then use the new Magic Access membership card in your digital wallet to enter the park and enjoy member benefits with ease.
