炎炎夏日，香港迪士尼樂園度假區（香港迪士尼）除了為賓客準備各項夏日活動消暑，亦特別感謝一眾「演藝人員」緊守崗位、努力為賓客締造奇妙體驗。度假區為「演藝人員」推出一系列措施，包括添置風機、因應天氣情況適時調節表演時間、更趁今天是大暑派發雪條，為大家消消暑。

Summer has arrived! In addition to preparing various summer activities for guests to cool off, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (HKDL) would like to thank Cast Members for their hard work in creating magical experiences for guests and has launched a series of summer initiatives for them, including adding fans, adjusting performance times according to the weather situation, distributing ice popsicles on the day of “great heat”.

為「演藝人員」推出一系列消暑措施
A Series Of Summer Initiatives For Cast Members

香港迪士尼擁有超過5,600名全職及3,000名兼職員工，為本港旅遊及家庭娛樂行業最大僱主之一，時刻關顧「演藝人員」的健康。香港迪士尼樂園度假區行政總裁莫偉庭（Michael E. Moriarty）、營運高級副總裁施保添（Tim Sypko）和領袖團隊向一眾「演藝人員」派發小食、雪條等，而度假區親善大使謝承恩（Beyan Tse）及珮芷善（Gisele Abejero）也為「演藝人員」送上特別設計、盛有冰水的水樽，為大家消暑降溫。

With more than 5,600 full-time and 3,000 part-time employees, HKDL is one of Hong Kong’s largest employers in the tourism and family entertainment industry and always cares about the health of Cast Members. HKDL managing director Michael Moriarty, senior vice president of operations Tim Sypko, and the management team also distributed snacks and ice popsicles, while HKDL Ambassadors Beyan Tse and Gisele Abejero delivered cast-exclusive bottles filled with chilled water to Cast Members to cool down.

夏季期間，度假區為「演藝人員」推出一系列消暑措施，包括在樂園和酒店範圍增設風機和風扇，提醒員工補充水分和休息等防暑知識，也適時增加前線的休息時間。香港迪士尼亦實時監測天氣情況，當工作暑熱警告生效時，樂園會適時調整個別戶外表演時間，大部份戶外使用的服裝都採用吸濕排汗、透氣的物料。

During the summer, the resort launched a series of beat-the-heat measures for cast members, including adding fans in the park and hotel areas, as well as providing tips on heatstroke prevention to Cast Members to remind them to hydrate and rest. Additionally, HKDL has increased the break times of frontline Cast Members in a timely manner. HKDL is also monitoring weather conditions and adjusting individual outdoor performance times when the Heat Stress at Work Warning is issued. Moisture wicking and breathable materials have also been used in most of the outdoor costumes.

Resort Hotels Introduce The Spa Water

香港迪士尼也於度假區酒店加設營養水站為大家消暑降溫，使用前請自備飲用器皿。

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort also introduces the Spa Water Water Stations in the Hotels to help you beat the heat. Please bring your own drinking containers.

度假區今年亦為賓客準備一系列的夏日活動，包括在「Pixar水花大街派對！」全方位玩水降溫，與Pixar好友齊齊投入水花挑戰，亦可到「探險世界」投入《奇妙唱遊大冒險》舞台表演及在城堡前欣賞夏日改編版《迪士尼尋夢奇緣》，在充滿希望的音樂、精彩歌舞，以及水柱等特效下勇敢追尋夢想。香港迪士尼更精心準備了一系列全新清涼夏日美食、主題商品和酒店體驗，讓賓客盡情玩轉奇妙暑假！

The resort has also prepared a series of summer activities for guests this year, including staying cool with Pixar Pals at the “Pixar Water Play Street Party!”, joining the refreshed “Adventure is Out There!” stage show, as well as enjoying the “Follow Your Dreams” Castle Stage Show to pursue dreams alongside sky-high water fountains and wonderful singing and dancing. The resort has also prepared a smashing lineup of brand-new cool delicacies, themed merchandise and hotel experiences to elevate the summer fun!
