（2023年10月9日 - 香港訊）香港迪士尼樂園度假區 宣佈，當天文台改發三號強風信號後，樂園將於約中午12時開放，作有限度運作。
「迪欣湖活動中心」會維持關閉直至另行通告。
於三號強風信號生效期間，樂園戶外遊樂設施將按相關法例暫停運作，並將於改發一號戒備信號後陸續恢復。賓客可向演藝人員查詢表演節目場次及遊樂設施開放的最新安排。

HONG KONG, Oct 9, 2023 – Hong Kong Disneyland Resort has announced that the park will open with limited operations at around 12:00 noon upon typhoon signal lowering to the Strong Wind Signal No. 3.
Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre (ILRC) will remain closed until further notice.
Under Strong Wind Signal No. 3, all outdoor attractions will be suspended according to the relevant regulations, and will gradually resume after lowering to Signal No. 1. Guests are advised to approach cast members for the latest information on show schedules and the availability of offers and attractions.
