From April 30 to June 27, 2021 (every Friday to Sunday and public holidays), the team of talented Hong Kong Disneyland chefs will proudly present the first-ever “The Royal Food and Drink Fair” with their cutting-edge cooking techniques at the Royal Banquet Hall Kitchen.

A wide variety of award-winning international dishes will be unveiled at the event. If you are a meat lover, try our Turkish Chicken Doner Kebab or the Italian Parma Ham with Melon. Another must-try dish is the Braised Beef Short Rib with Pumpkin in Thyme Gravy.  For seafood connoisseurs, enjoy a savory Norwegian Gravlax Salmon or sample the Crab Meat and Squid Roll with Mango. The Prawn and Scallop Mousse, Savoy Cabbage and Spinach Terrine are all seasonal and prepared fresh for the occasion. Also, the Mickey-shaped Broccoli and Cauliflower Hokkaido Cheese Tart is perfect for Disney fans.

The most magical part of the entire carnival will be the molecular desserts! The team of chefs have concocted a variety of special dishes such as Nitro Creamy Truffles, Green Apple Yogurt Spheres, and Panna Cotta Dessert Cups.  Want to uncover the complex mysteries of molecular cuisine?  Guests can watch a live demonstration led by the chefs featuring molecular deconstruction, reorganization, and creation in nitrogen smoke.  It will truly make your dining experience an unforgettable one.
