From 11:00 AM on April 8, 2021 to 4:00 PM on April 15, 2021, Magic Access Members can make advance order for the "Spring into Dance" StellaLou Plush and Bag Charm.  These are must-have items for every StellaLou fan. Magic Access Members can login and purchase during the exclusive priority order period.  Each transaction is limited to one item with maximum two units.  This offer is valid while stocks last. 1. 香港國際主題樂園有限公司（地址：香港大嶼山香港迪士尼樂園度假區）將於www.hongkongdisneyland.com「香港迪士尼樂園網站」（"網站"）網上發售（"網上發售"）香港迪士尼樂園指定商品（"指定商品")。
2. 「奇妙處處通」會員（"會員"）可於2021年4月8日上午11:00 至 4月15日下午4:00（"活動期"）登入「奇妙處處通」會員專頁，透過指定連結於網站以先到先得形式購買指定商品。
3. 「奇妙處處通」會員預售（"網上預售"）之指定商品供應有限，售完即止。每名會員限購相同款式之指定商品兩件，會員於連結購買指定商品兩件後，將不能於連結額外購買指定商品。
4. 網上優先預購祇限會員使用，會員需登入其有效之迪士尼個人帳戶，並透過指定連結進行交易。交易時需輸入其有效之會員號碼方可享一般商品優惠購物，包括銀卡會員及金卡會員9折及白金卡會員8折。
5. 會員不可同時使用其他優惠券、推廣優惠、折扣或享有其他推廣活動（包括但不限於生日禮遇-樂園及酒店商品優惠及本公司商店內之優惠推廣活動）。
6. 「奇妙獎賞」之印花派發的數量及類型以換領主題商品當日跟該活動條款及細則或政策而定。
7. 商品及會員折扣不可轉讓、不設退換、不能換取現金或其他禮品及不可轉售。
8. 已購買網上優先預購商品之會員將會收到由香港國際主題樂園有限公司發出的電子確認信。
9. 會員可於電子確認信列明之換領期內，出示電子確認信之正本(流動裝置上的電子確認信或使用列印本)及其有效之「奇妙處處通」會員卡於香港迪士尼樂園酒店之魔法化妝廳換領商品。
10. 電子換領劵的只限會員本人使用。會員必須於領取商品時由本人出示其有效的「奇妙處處通」會員卡。如本公司要求，會員需出示個人身份證明文件以確認賓客是網上購票時所使用的信用卡的認可持有人。
11. 已換領商品的電子確認信將失效。逾期而未被使用的電子確認信將會作廢並不設退款或賠償。
12. 商品售價不包括樂園門票之收費，會員須於商品換領當日憑有效的門票進入樂園。
13. 網站所列明商品之資訊（包括但不限於種類、價格、數量）只供參考。香港國際主題樂園有限公司有絕對權不時更改網站可供發售商品之數量、種類、價格或其他方面。
14. 若非產品品質因素，所有已售之主題商品不設退換或對賓客作任何賠償。如因品質因素涉及退貨，該退款必須退回網上購買主題商品時所使用的信用卡。
15. 複製、已使用或不完整的電子確認信將不獲接納。電子確認信一經修改或篡改，即告失效作廢，任何遺失、損毀、偽造、偷竊、欺詐或未經授權使用之電子確認信，香港國際主題樂園有限公司將不會承擔責任或補發。本公司就發出及使用電子確認信的記錄為最終及具決定性。
16. 換領商品須視乎度假區商品店運作時段。香港國際主題樂園有限公司擁有唯一及絕對權利決定商品的價格及商店的運作時段。
17. 如有任何爭議，香港國際主題樂園有限公司保留就此爭議及與此網上預售有關任何問題之最終決定權。中英文本如有歧異或矛盾，概以英文本為准。

1. Magic Access Priority Order on www.hongkongdisneyland.com ("Website") is made available by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Lantau Island, Hong Kong ("HKITP").
2. From 11:00 AM on April 8, 2021 to 4:00 PM on April 15, 2020 ("Priority Order Period"), Magic Access Members ("Members") may purchase designated merchandise(s) through the link(s) sent in MyDisney Account on first-come-first-served basis.
3. All designated merchandise(s) for Magic Access Priority Order Online ("Online Priority Order") are subject to availability. Each Member limits to purchase up to two units of designated merchandise(s) of the same design online and while stocks last. Additional transaction cannot be made once the Member reaches the purchase limit.
4. Online Priority Order is exclusive to Members, Members can login to their valid MyDisney Account and access the designated link(s) for transaction. Members must provide valid Membership number during the transaction to enjoy general merchandise discount (Platinum Magic Access Members may enjoy 20% discount while Gold and Silver Magic Access Member may enjoy 10% discount).
5. The merchandise(s) purchased in the Online Priority Order does not entitle the Guest to any coupon, promotional offer, discount or other benefit not offered in the online sale (including, without limitation, Magic Access Birthday Privileges, Park and Hotel merchandise discount and in-store discounts offered by HKITP).
6. The number and type of stamp(s) under the "Magical Rewards" promotion will be determined according to the prevailing terms, conditions or policies as of the date the online purchased merchandise are redeemed.
7. The merchandise is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, either in whole or in part, for cash, credit or any other items and not for re-sale.
8. Members who have purchased the merchandise(s) on the Website will receive an order confirmation issued by HKITP.
9. To redeem the purchased merchandise(s), Members need to present the original order confirmation (either as electronic copy on a mobile device or as printed hardcopy) and valid Magic Access Member Membership card in person at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel within the redemption period specified in the order confirmation.
10. Order confirmation may only be used by the purchasing Member in person. HKITP may from time to time require the purchasing Member to present personal identification for verification.
11. The order confirmation will be void upon redemption of the merchandise(s) purchased. Merchandise(s) not redeemed after the designated redemption period will be void without refund or compensation.
12. The price of merchandise does not include admission to the Park. Each Guest must have valid admission ticket to enter the Park for merchandise(s) redemption.
13. Information relating to the merchandise(s) (including without limitation the types, retail price and available quantity) shown on the Website are for reference only. HKITP may from time to time change the types, retail price, available quantity and other features of the merchandise(s) available for sale at its sole and absolute discretion by updating the Website.
14. HKITP is not responsible for exchanging or replacing any merchandise, or providing any compensation to any person except for any defect in the merchandise(s). In the event of defective merchandise(s), refund will be made to the credit card used to purchase the merchandise(s).
15. Duplicated, used or incomplete order confirmation will not be accepted. Order confirmation is void if altered or tampered with. HKITP shall not be responsible for (and will not issue replacement in respect of) any loss, damage, forgery, theft or fraudulent or unauthorized use of order confirmation. HKITP’s record in relation to issue and usage of order confirmation.
