Like Rapunzel always says, “It is the Best Day Ever!” Today, Disney Cruise Line shared the official full performance of “Tangled: The Musical”. This musical is exclusively for the Disney Magic cruise ship, in which guests can follow an exhilarating 1-hour journey with Rapunzel and Flynn Rider.
There are 12 scenes in this musical with 3 brand new original songs (“When She Returns”, “Flower of Gold”, and “Wanted Man”) created by the Academy-Award winning composer Alan Menken and lyricist Glenn Slater. This show was produced by Walt Disney Imagineering Creative Entertainment.
Based on the animated movie released in 2010, “Tangled: The Musical” features lots of references from the film with new elements, such as there are more than 20 glowing flowers hidden in a mural design of the 15-foot-tall tower.
