Toy Story 4 wins the "Best animated feature" Oscar at 92nd Academy Awards. This is the fourth Oscar win for this beloved franchise.
“We take pride in making family films,” director Josh Cooley said proudly. “We hope the adventures with Woody and Buzz made growing up so much easier.”
Back in 1995, Director John Lasseter won a Special Achievement Award for First Feature-Length Computer-Animated Film for Toy Story. Toy Story 3 won the 2011 Oscars for "Best Animated Feature" and "Best Original Song" for original score Randy Newman’s “We Belong Together”.
"Toy Story 4" picks up shortly after "Toy Story 3". The crew continues their adventure with Bonnie. A new character named Forky, a plastic spork with googly eyes and broken Popsicle sticks, was crafted by Bonnie. Forky, however, did not think of himself as a toy. A little adventure then began and met Woody's old friend Bo Beep.
Toy Story 4 is now streaming on Disney+.
