MCU Phase 4 - Super Bowl Disney+ Marvel The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, WandaVision, Loki

Marvel has released a Super Bowl spot for the upcoming The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, WandaVision, Loki on Disney Plus.  Although there is no release date yet, you can expect them to stream this year.  

Phase 4 will be a very different world.  A new Avengers level team, more lesser-known d-list superheroes and a fresh start for the TV universe.  Not to mention the animated M.O.D.O.K & Hit Monkey series and Marvel's Gamerverse (upcoming Marvel's Avengers from Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics).

Fans and around the globe can enjoy the cinematic experience with smaller-scale streaming TV shows on Disney+.  Chairman Bob Iger revealed release dates for the Marvel Studios' highly-anticipated series during the Walt Disney Company's Q1 FY20 Earnings call.

The Falcon and The Winter Soldier (August 2020)

Recalling the incident in Captain America: Civil War, Sam Wilson (aka Falcon) and Bucky Barnes (the Winter Soldier) were fugitives as they violated the Sokovia Accords.  The series will take place after Avengers: Endgame.  With a 7-year time gap between 2016 Civil War and Endgame, we think that the government might not persist to capture Bucky and Sam.  Despite this, the return of Baron Zemo (Daniel Brühl) and the emergence of US Agent (aka "John Walker", played by Wyatt Russell) post threats to Sam and Bucky.  They are taking an adventure to test their abilities and unite again global threats.

WandaVision (December 2020)

Vision sacrificed himself and did the best he could to protect the mind stone in 2018 Avengers: Infinity War.  Wanda Maximoff (aka alter ego: Scarlet witch, played by Olsen) was infuriated when she came back from the snap in Endgame.  Fans are eager to find out the purpose of this WandaVision show.  There is a strong tendency that this show will serve as a prequel to the upcoming 2021 Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness.  Two most powerful beings are living their ideal suburban life, this leads them to suspect that everything is not what it seems.  We might find answers in this show that are referring to the aftermath of Endgame.  We will have to wait and see.

At San Diego Comic-Con 2019, Kevin Feige teased the appearance of adult Monica Rambeau, played by Teyonah Parris.  Monica Rambeau was introduced as a child in Marvel Studios' Captain Marvel.  Kathyrn Hahn will be playing a new character.

Back in D23 Expo 2019, Kat Dennings is confirmed to reprise her role "Darcy" in Marvel Studios' Thor and Thor: The Dark World; Likewise, Randall Park as Agent Jimmy Woo (Ant-Man and The Wasp).

Loki (Early 2021)

Well well, the good old Loki (Tom Hiddleston)) is back as the God of Mischief and the show will fill with nostalgic references like Jaws.  This alternate version of Loki.  We saw him escaped with the Tesseract in Avengers Tower.  This is not a Thor: Ragnarok Loki, he will be the cunning, mercurial villain Loki and do whatever it takes to get what he needs. From the official press release,  Loki series takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame.

The Falcon and The Winter Soldier will be the first to drop on Disney+.  Potentially, streaming this fall.  WandaVision follows afterward and Loki arrives in 2021.
