Connecting to the "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Nano Battle" back in March 31, 2019 and 2017 "Iron Man Experience" in Hong Kong Disneyland, Disney announced "Avengers Campus" development in this year's D23 Expo. Disneyland California Adventures park will be the headquarter of the Avengers. Here is the concept art:
Avengers Campus
C.A.M.P.U.S. is an acronym for "Centralized Assembly Mobilized to Prepare, Unite and Safeguard". The Avengers Campus is envisioned as a training facility for a new generation of superheroes, a laboratory that showcases the latest technology, a forum for exchanging ideas for defending Earth.
There will be a ride features "Avengers E-ticket". People will climb aboard a Quinjet and fly to Wakanda during the New Avengers attraction. The Avengers Headquarters building serves as the future entrance of this attraction.

According to the first piece of details from Walt Disney Imagineering, this new ride is not a roller coaster and it will have a new operating system.
"My Jarvis Home AI System" (「家用卓維」), an interactive wall panel was displayed at the D23 Expo 2019 and the Stark Expo in Hong Kong. Visitors can read digital schematics of the Quinjet and Iron Man armor without touching the screen. As the name suggests, the panel is heavily inspired by Tony Stark tech design in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This might just give us the first look of the Avengers E-ticket attraction.

Pym Test Kitchen
There will be a "Pym Test Kitchen" and the menu is inspired by Hank Pym's experiments. This sounds like we will be getting small-size chefs in the kitchen!
Food has been shrunk or expanded to any sizes, perhaps from supersized to miniaturized scale. D23 expo has an Easter egg, which is the Pingo Doce "soda with a kick" can. This is a clear reference to the 2008 movie "The Incredible Hulk" when Stan Lee grabbed the green soda drink from the fridge. The frictional soda's first appearance is in this MCU movie and continued to be referenced in MCU tie in the comic "The Avengers Prelude: Fury's Big Week" and "Thor: Ragnarok Prelude". We might be able to get one in this "Pym Test Kitchen" in Disney California Adventure.

Spider-Man WEB
Another main focus is our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Guests will be able to ride on the Spider-vehicle and see themselves shoot web with Spidey to search for the lost Spider-bots "S.P.D.R." (stands for "Scan, Procure, Deconstruct and Replicate"). The S.P.D.R. bots aim to search and deconstruct materials to build new gear. The bots feature a plasma cutter, circular saw, screwdriver and welder. This will be a dream-come-true for fans who want to sling a web alongside Spidey!
Riders sling webs with hand gestures, riders will enter the WEB Open House (Worldwide Engineering Brigade). Spidey-fans will be extremely excited as the place will display several Spider-Man gadgets and suits to immerse people into the story environment. WEB partners with Stark Industries, Pym Technologies and Wakanda Design Team to create hero tech for aspiring superhero recruits.
Fun fact: An identical Spider-Man attraction will be built at Walt Disney Studios Paris theme park as well.
Doctor Stange in Sanctum Sanctorum
Doctor Strange is a no stranger to any Marvel fans. He will be appearing in an outdoor stage and let the audience feel the power of mystic in a simulated Sanctum Sanctorum. It will take place in a sacred Sanctum Sanctorum built ancient sorcerers. The sorcerer supreme will teach the audience how to harness energy from other dimensions, bend the law of time space and unravel the mysteries of the multiverse. The backstory also mentioned a "temporal anomaly" existed at the Sanctum.
These attractions are being developed in the concept stage. The current plan is to open the above parks' extension in 2020, we will receive more info afterward.
Avengers E-ticket Attraction
You can expect Meet-and-Greets in the Avengers Campus. The concept art shows stunts performance on rooftops of Avengers Headquarters and Stark Motors building. Spider-Man might swing across the two buildings on a web. A Quinjet will be docked on the roof for the E-ticket entrance, the rooftop is also a stage for character shows, we can compare this with Kylo Ren's entrance in the First Order TIE Echelon in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
Disneyland Paris
The existing Rock ‘n Roller Coaster will be reimagined into an Iron Man-themed attraction along with the Spider-Man attraction. An Ant-Man themed restaurant will take up the place in the Blockbuster Cafe.
Florida
The Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind roller coaster at the Xandarian Outpost area.
Shanghai Disneyland
Hero meet-and-greets such as Captain Marvel and Spider-Man.
