香港迪士尼樂園度假區（「香港迪士尼樂園」）於今天公佈 新階段的擴建發展計劃。承接近期不斷推出嶄新項目的勢頭，樂園自2018年起，將銳意引入華特迪士尼公司旗下的最強品牌，讓這些極受歡迎的故事及角色落戶香港迪士尼樂園，將賓客的奇妙體驗提升至全新境界。截至2023年，樂園將陸續推出新增主題區、全新遊樂設施及娛樂表演項目等等。
Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (HKDL) announced a multi-year development plan to take the park to a new level of excitement, leveraging some of the most beloved and successful franchises of The Walt Disney Company. Plans include new themed areas, attractions and entertainment, launching almost every year from 2018 through 2023.

華特迪士尼幻想工程（亞洲）執行創意總監及監製 桃麗絲‧哈同 提到，是次發展計劃的重點項目，是以全球大熱的 漫威超級英雄故事 及 迪士尼《魔雪奇緣》為題而打造，使賓客有如身臨其境、全情投入故事當中的主題區（Immersive Themed Areas）。香港迪士尼樂園這兩個新主題區，涵蓋了華特迪士尼公司兩個最強品牌。與此同時，配合樂園的整體佈局發展，坐落於通往「幻想世界」的主要大道上的樂園核心地標：城堡，將於現有城堡結構上擴建，注入新元素，包括 加建場地以作精彩的全新娛樂表演項目，為樂園的中心地標注入新動力，豐富賓客體驗。
According to Doris Hardoon Woodward, Executive Creative Director and Producer, Walt Disney Imagineering (Asia), Guests will experience Marvel and “Frozen” like never before as HKDL leverages the best of Disney to bring both these world-renowned franchises to life in their own immersive areas. The centerpiece of the park and the gateway to Fantasyland – the castle – will also be transformed to create spectacular entertainment experiences for guests.
當整個發展計劃完成時，香港迪士尼樂園會由現時的7個主題區，增加至9個主題區，遊樂設施及娛樂表演項目（包括新增城堡表演、舞台表演及與「迪士尼朋友」見面等）亦會由現時約110項，增至超過130項。
When completed, the number of themed areas will increase from seven to nine and the number of attractions and entertainment offerings (including castle shows, stage shows and character greetings) will increase from around 110 to over 130.

漫威超級英雄主題遊樂設施
Marvel Super Hero Attraction
由「鐵甲奇俠飛行之旅」成為全球首個落戶迪士尼樂園的遊樂設施開始，香港迪士尼樂園的漫威宇宙（Marvel Universe）將會不斷擴展。在未來的漫威主題區內，將展開一幕又一幕漫威超級英雄的驚險歷程。計劃中，樂園將重新塑造現有的「巴斯光年星際歷險」遊樂設施，成為能夠讓賓客與漫威宇宙的英雄並肩作戰的全新場地。
An epicenter of Marvel Super Heroes that will continue to unfold. From the launch of Iron Man Experience, the Marvel universe continues to grow at HKDL. Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters will be reimagined into a brand new experience for guests to fight alongside the icons of the Marvel Universe.

全新「探險世界」表演場地：「莫安娜村莊慶典」
NEW “Adventureland Show Place”: “Moana’s Village Festival”
「探險世界」將會新設表演場地，邀請賓客參與「莫安娜村莊慶典」（Moana’s Village Festival），在全新的互動娛樂場景，環繞一場動感滿載的現場舞台表演，享受一系列的日間娛樂項目。除了感受現場表演的氛圍及體驗充滿迪士尼說故事式的表演元素，賓客更可與《魔海奇緣》中的 女主角 莫安娜（Moana）及 男主角 茂宜（Maui）見面，相關電影將於2016年11月起在全球上映。
An “Adventureland Show Place,” which invites guests to “Moana’s Village Festival” through a series of daytime entertainment offerings anchored around a lively stage show in a new interactive entertainment environment. In addition to experiencing live shows and immersive Disney storytelling, guests can meet Moana and Maui, heroine of the new Disney animated film that will be released globally starting November 2016.

A completely transformed Castle and Hub area to showcase brand new daytime and nighttime shows and entertainment offerings that will celebrate every Disney Prince and Princess who ever wished upon a star and dared to follow a dream. Guests can also visit the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in the castle.

“Frozen” themed area - Kingdom of Arendelle
新增《魔雪奇緣》主題區為賓客帶來前所未有的體驗，來自阿德爾王國的角色及故事將活現眼前。主題區內將設有「魔雪奇緣永恒國度」（“Frozen Ever After”）以及「奧肯魔法雪橇」（“Wandering Oaken's Dancing Sleighs”）兩個遊樂設施，讓賓客置身《魔雪奇緣》阿德爾王國之中，享受滲透豐富故事色彩的獨特餐飲、購物及娛樂體驗，一同齊祝「夏雪節」。
An exciting new “Frozen” themed area where characters and stories from the kingdom of Arendelle will come to life in ways guests have never experienced before at a Disney park. Guests will celebrate the “Summer Snow Day” in Arendelle. Alongside, guests will enjoy 2 new attractions (“Frozen Ever After” & “Wandering Oaken's Dancing Sleighs”) and be immersed in Arendelle with uniquely themed dining, shopping, and entertainment.

華特迪士尼公司估算，在2017年至2023年期間，樂園的新發展計劃將可創造約3,500個就業機會（以人工作年），包括建築工程及在2023年所有項目完成並投入營運後新增的600個職位。預計直接及間接創造5,000至8,000個工作機會。
TWDC estimates that the expansion and development plan will bring about 3,500 jobs (in terms of man-years) between 2017 and 2023 from the construction work, and another 600 jobs in 2023 from HKDL’s expanded operations. Jobs created directly and indirectly are estimated to total between 5,000 and 8,000.
樂園在開幕首十年，已款待了超過5,800百萬名來自世界各地的賓客，為香港經濟帶來約749億港元增加值（以2014年價格計算，相等於香港生產總值0.38%），創造合共195,700個職位 （人工作年）。
In the first 10 years of operation, HKDL has received more than 58 million guests, generated around HK$74.9 billion of total value-added at 2014 prices (equivalent to 0.38% of Hong Kong’s GDP) and created a total of 195,700 jobs (in terms of man-years).

財務安排
Financial Arrangement
今次發展計劃，預計費用總額為109億港元，項目成本將由香港特別行政區政府及華特迪士尼公司兩個股東，按現時股份比例，以股本形式注資（政府佔53%，華特迪士尼公司佔47%）。
The project’s budget is estimated to be HK$10.9 billion. The project cost will be funded by the two shareholders, the Hong Kong Government and TWDC, through concurrent cash equity injections according to the existing shareholding ratio (53% by the Hong Kong Government and 47% by TWDC).
香港迪士尼樂園的兩個股東，華特迪士尼公司及香港政府，已就發展計劃達成協議。雙方各自的投資份額，須分別獲其公司董事局或立法會通過。
HKDL’s two shareholders – The Walt Disney Company and the Hong Kong Government – have agreed on the development plans, subject to funding approval by the Company’s Board of Directors and Legislative Council for their respective share of investment.
