香港迪士尼樂園度假區全力支持，由家庭與學校合作事宜委員會（家校會）舉辦的「伴你高飛」獎勵計劃，透過嘉許全港有傑出進步的身體有障礙學童，宣揚互愛精神，鼓勵彼此互相欣賞。計劃亦被選為政府大型運動「欣賞香港」的十大亮點活動之一。
With the full support of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (HKDL), the Committee on Home-School Co-operation (CHSC) has launched the “We Did It!” Award Scheme to recognize improvements seen in students who attend special schools and encourage the spirit of sharing love and appreciation. The scheme is one of the top 10 highlights of the “Appreciate Hong Kong” Campaign.
香港特別行政區政府政務司司長林鄭月娥親臨香港迪士尼樂園，頒發嘉許證書表揚「伴你高飛」的得獎學童、家長及教職員，並聯同香港迪士尼樂園度假區行政總裁劉永基與學童代表一同體驗迪士尼奇妙時刻。今天出席典禮的嘉賓包括家校會主席湯修齊及香港大學社會工作及社會行政學系教授葉兆輝。共500多名獲獎學生、家長及老師代表亦參與典禮。
Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, Chief Secretary of Administration of the Hong Kong SAR Government, will be the Guest of Honor at today’s Certificate Presentation Ceremony to award the students, teachers and caretakers. Other officiating guests are Henry Tong Sau-chai, Chairman of CHSC; Professor Paul Yip Siu-fai, Department of Social Work and Social Administration of the University of Hong Kong; and Samuel Lau Wing-kee, Managing Director of HKDL. After the ceremony, around 500 students and their caretakers will enjoy a day of celebration in the park.

「伴你高飛」獎勵計劃得到全港約8成、約50間特殊學校支持，旨在表揚2015/16學年，有卓越進步的特殊學校學生，嘉許他們在不同範疇有傑出的表現，包括課外活動表現、專注力、課堂表現、學習態度及情緒控制等。根據計劃的規定，學校可於每班選出不多於3名傑出學生，每名學生可獲嘉許證書1張及樂園門票3張。計劃同時亦表揚支持及協助學生成長和發展的家長與學校教職員。樂園已捐贈約 10,000張門票予一眾得獎者，表揚他們過去的努力。此外，每間參與計劃的學校亦會獲得樂園門票。
About 80% of the special schools around Hong Kong, or about 50 schools, participate in and support the “We Did It!” Award Scheme. These students with disabilities are recognized for given outstanding performances in the classroom or during an extracurricular activity, or for making significant improvements in their attitude toward learning, attention span or emotion management over the 2015/16 academic year.
政務司司長林鄭月娥感謝家庭與學校合作事宜委員會及香港迪士尼樂園透過「伴你高飛」獎勵計劃，頒發嘉許狀給在這個學年有卓越表現的特殊學校學生，以及積極參與家校合作事宜的家長，並給他們以及多位默默耕耘的特殊學校教職員送贈迪士尼樂園門票以示鼓勵。她表示：「『伴你高飛』獎勵計劃是特區政府於去年十一月啟動的『欣賞香港』公眾參與運動的其中一個亮點項目。運動旨在凝聚社會各界的力量，共同在香港這個美麗、充滿活力和關愛的城市傳播正能量，同時鼓勵大家多抱持欣賞的心，去感激社會上每個默默地以自己的力量貢獻社會、建設香港的成員，並為香港多做一點事。『伴你高飛』獎勵計劃與特區「欣賞香港」運動的理念可謂同出一轍。它除了是表揚各位出色的學生及家長，更感謝各位盡心盡力照顧這些學生的家長及教職員。」
As part of the scheme, every school can nominate three outstanding students from each class. Every awarded participant can receive a certificate and three HKDL park tickets. The scheme also recognizes the hard work of their teachers and caretakers. HKDL is proud to be donating around 10,000 park tickets in recognition of the awardees’ achievements. Each participating school can also receive park tickets. Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, Chief Secretary of Administration of the Hong Kong SAR Government thanked CHSC and HKDL for giving certificates and park tickets to encourage not only pupils from special schools with outstanding performance, but also caretakers who actively participate in home- school cooperation and teachers who have greatly supported students. She said, “The scheme is a highlight of the government’s territory-wide ‘Appreciate Hong Kong’ Campaign launched last November, which is meant to consolidate forces from every sector to instill positive energy in the beautiful, energetic and caring city of Hong Kong and to show appreciation to those who’ve shown great tenacity and dedication to building our community. Just like ‘Appreciate Hong Kong,’ the ‘We Did It!’ Award Scheme hopes to recognize outstanding students and caretakers and show appreciation those dedicated to taking care of students.”

Henry Tong Sau-Chai, Chairman of CHSC, appreciated the support and assistance of the government, schools and HKDL. He said, “We’re glad the scheme is one of the top 10 highlights of the ‘Appreciate Hong Kong’ Campaign. ‘We Did It!’ has allowed CHSC to actively contribute to Hong Kong. We’re also thankful for the great response and support from the schools.”
香港迪士尼樂園度假區行政總裁劉永基希望計劃能夠鼓勵學童：「他們要面對的挑戰較其他小朋友大，他們的家人、照顧者、學校員工等的支持，都十分重要，大家的努力都值得讚賞，亦體現香港精神。
Samuel Lau Wing-kee, Managing Director of HKDL, hoped the scheme could further motivate the students. He said, “These students face more challenges in life than their peers do. The support from their families, caretakers and staff members from their schools is instrumental to their growth. Their efforts are worth every dose of our appreciation, and the diligence they’ve shown truly demonstrates the Hong Kong spirit.”
在特殊學校就讀中三的郭曉明憑著良好的學習態度獲提名：「沒有人一出生就聰明絕頂，所以我上課時會特別專心，主動閱讀不同書籍刊物，希望能彌補自己在知識上的不足之處。」她亦應謝老師及同學給予機會，讓她能夠參與不同的活動及服務。
Kwok hiu-ming, a Form 3 secondary school student at a special school, was nominated after making great strides in her attitude toward learning. She said, “No one was born clever. That’s why I’ve been paying more attention to my studies during lessons and reading different publication by myself. I hope I can enrich my knowledge.” Kwok also thanked her teachers and schoolmates for giving her opportunities to attend a variety of activities and services.
同樣獲獎的還有就讀中五的任國芬，她一直熱愛體育運動，多次代表香港參與國際田徑賽事，在家長及老師的協助及鼓勵下，她能夠有效在學業、運動訓練及比賽之中取得平衡，有卓越表現。
Another awarded student is Yum Kwok-fun, a Form 5 student who adores athletics. She has represented Hong Kong at various international track and field competitions. Thanks to the encouragement and assistance from her family and teachers, she’s been able to successfully balance her academic studies with her training and competitions, leading to improvements.
