「華特餐廳」將於2015年12月24日及25日為賓客呈獻特色「華特餐廳聖誕晚餐」，賓客將品嚐由大廚精心情烹調的4道精緻晚餐，先以精緻前菜「煙三文魚及三文魚糕配魚子醬伴香草乳酪忌廉及青菜沙律」開始，再於四款主菜中任擇其一，包括滋味無窮的「牛仔威靈頓配天婦羅脆片」及「香煎海鱸魚配脆米鮮蝦」，最後以甜品「士多啤梨及朱古力慕絲配芒果熱情果汁」作結。「華特餐廳」也為小賓客準備專屬的聖誕兒童晚餐，特別推介應節美食「烤火雞及蜜餞火腿配紅莓汁」，定必令大家心滿意足！
Walt's Cafe proudly presents the Walt's Cafe Christmas set. Available on December 24-25, 2015, Guests will be enjoying a 4 course dinner menu, starting from smoked salmon, salmon timbale and caviar, served with dill yoghurt cream and mixed green as starter, entrée will be one out of four fabulous options including veal wellington served with tempura chips, or pan-seared sea bass served with rice crispy crusted prawn. And of course a strawberry and chocolate mousse cake served with passion fruit and mango coulis makes the perfect ending for the Christmas dinner. No worries for kids! We have also prepared designated Christmas kids dinner featuring roasted Christmas turkey stuffed with honey-glazed gammon ham. Bon appetit!
