1. The Walt's Cafe Valentine's day Dinner Package (Package) early bird discount is available on the following dates:
   • February 13 & 15, 2015 (total 2 nights)
2. Guests may purchase the Package on or before January 31, 2015 at below early bird price:

   February 13 & 15, 2015	HK$1,444*
   February 14, 2015	N/A

   (*A 10% service charge will apply based on original price)
   
   Guests may purchase the Package after January 31, 2015 at below original price:

   Dates	2 Adults Price
   February 13-15, 2015	HK$1,699*

   (*A 10% service charge will apply based on original price)
3. The dinner hours: on February 13 & 15 is from 6:00pm - 11:00pm, on February 14 is from 5:30pm - 11:00pm.
4. The Package is subject to availability and advanced reservation with full payment within 3 days after the reservation is required.
5. The Package may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
6. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive.
7. In the event of disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of the Package.
8. HKITP reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to suspend or terminate the Package at any time without any prior notice.
9. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the HKSAR.
