CONSTRUCTION ON SHANGHAI DISNEY RESORT REACHES NEW HEIGHTS

新春佳節來臨之際，上海迪士尼度假區 迎來兩個重要的專案建設里程碑。度假區的首家迪士尼主題酒店完成結構封頂，主題樂園內的人造假山啟動地上建設。度假區繼續穩步向2015年年底開園目標邁進。

In the lead-up to the Chinese Spring Festival, progress on vertical construction of Shanghai Disney Resort continues on track to open at the end of next year, with the celebration of two important new construction milestones, the topping out of the resort's first Disney-themed hotel and the start of construction of a "mountain" in the resort's theme park.
上海迪士尼度假區 內兩家迪士尼主題酒店之一今天順利封頂，度假區及合作方管理層為極具特色的酒店屋頂完成最後一部分混凝土澆築。該酒店高7層，共提供800間客房。置身酒店內，賓客可一覽 上海迪士尼樂園、零售餐飲娛樂區及度假區中心湖的美景。
The first of two Disney-themed hotels was successfully topped out today, with resort and partner leadership pouring the last concrete onto the roof section of the building's dramatic roof top structure. The hotel will feature 800 rooms over seven floors and will offer Guests stunning views of Shanghai Disneyland, the retail, dining and entertainment district and the resort's central lake.

The hotel topping out was preceded by the installation last week of the first vertical steel for Shanghai Disneyland's "mountain", marking the official start of vertical construction for another remarkable attraction at the resort's Magic Kingdom-style theme park. The mountain will be located in a key area of the theme park and will be the second highest structure at Shanghai Disney Resort after the Enchanted Storybook Castle. On completion it will also stand as the highest "mountain" in Shanghai's Pudong New District. Disney has a long-standing tradition of creating immersive and unforgettable experiences for Guests around the world. At each Disney park and resort, classic Disney characters and storytelling blend with uniquely-designed and finely-crafted attractions, from rockwork to jungles, lakes and trees, to create exciting and extraordinary immersive places for Guests of all ages to enjoy. The iconic mountains at each Disney park complement the entertainment and rides in different themed lands to transport Guests to exciting worlds beyond their imagination.
